1. Eligibility for Returns

Due to the nature of hair products and for hygiene reasons, we only accept returns under the following conditions:

The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.

The product must be in its original packaging.

All tags, seals, and bundles must remain intact and not tampered with.

Return request must be made within 48 hours of delivery.

Any product that has been installed, combed, brushed, cut, dyed, customized, or tampered with will NOT be eligible for return or refund.

2. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

Wigs or bundles that have been worn or altered.

Customized wigs (colored, styled, plucked, or cut).

Clearance or sale items.

Gift cards (if applicable).

3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive:

A damaged item

The wrong product

An incomplete order

You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery by sending clear photos and your order number to:

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

You will be notified of approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5 business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.

Please note:

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was from our end.

5. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 2 hours of purchase.
Once processing or shipping has started, orders cannot be canceled.

6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or incorrect. We do not offer exchanges for reasons such as change of mind or incorrect selection by the customer.
